• The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase or order receipt is provided.

• Opened or partially used printer ink or toner cartridges.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
• Clearance, promotional, or customized products.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
